Alliance Finance Company PLC, the third oldest Finance company in Sri Lanka, is on the look out for dynamic and well experienced personnel who are able to work in its Micro Finance division. Candidates with experience in similar positions are invited to apply.
MICRO FINANCE EXECUTIVES
– With 2 to 3 years of experience in Micro finance.
– Personnel with the ability to create and maintain new customer service centers, carry out customer visits and maintain a close business relationship with the same.
– Candidates will have to be responsible for overall field operations, be able to effectively conduct customer focused campaigns, conduct customer requirement analysis and achieve the set targets.
TRAINEE MICRO FINANCE OFFICERS
– School leavers who are interested in being of service to the local public and be trained in the area of Micro Finance are invited to apply.
– Candidates with a good command of Sinhala /Tamil language will be considered favorably.
